EVOLVE: Fashion Week MN Premiere Finale

EVOLVE is curated and produced by the talented Kim Jurek-Valanzasca and brought to you by The Fitting Room. EVOLVE will highlight over 20 local designers with their own distinctive styles and backgrounds. This high-end fashion show will take place at the Museum of Russian Art on Saturday, April 29th, starting at 6:30 pm.

Prepare for an evening filled with joy, engaging conversations, and luxurious fashion, marking the perfect end to Fashion Week MN. The Museum of Russian Art was transformed into a luxurious haven for fashionistas, as the elegant finale runway show unfolded amongst stunning works of art. Attendees sipped complimentary champagne as they mingled amongst the beauty of the gallery, with the thrill of the fashion show on the horizon. Guests were offered the chance to shop at the exlcusive pop-up shop, where they could purchase the latest collections from the highlighted designers both before and after the show. It was an incredible opportunity to support these visionary creators and give back to the fashion community that had inspired such glamour and beauty throughout the night.

A spectacular opening runway delivery was given by Foat Design with their vibrant, colorful dresses flowing effortlessly down the catwalk. 

Joeleen Torvick continued the trend with her bold hues and signature silhouettes, including a striking striped print dress and a stunning flower print dress. 

Sustainable designer Danielle Everine brought the desert to the runway with her summer casual looks, inspired by cactus blooms. 

1004 Designs followed suit with their beautiful blend of warm neutral tones and eye-catching bright colors, incorporating organic motifs into their wearable pieces. 

Cece Cabana’s collection was perfect for any summer vacation, featuring beautiful fabrics and a range of styles great for any occasion. Her beautiful fabrics created flawless casual evening wear and incorporated jewelry for all events. 

Ema’s romantic and feminine collection was meant to bring back memories of childhood joy, with sparkly pink dresses and black fringe pieces inspired by the Garden of Eden. 

Van Quigg’s collection was daring and inclusive, featuring silhouettes inspired by fetish and modern streetwear with a mix of prints and playful, inventive designs. 

ACG’s flowy, breathable designs conjured daydreams of candy, with mesh and see-through fabrics as well as matching sets. 

Josephine Denae’s cool linens and spring colors offered viewers the perfect inspiration for their next summer look. 

Scott J. Lehmann’s unique designs incorporated a multitude of shapes and colors, printed on jackets and shorts with playful, casual outerwear perfect for any occasion. 

Be Tvum is a self-made Indian fashion designer with a vision for individuality. Her designs incorporate a western style with Indian fabrics. Her dresses were silky and effortless, making them the ideal clothing for a night out in the city.

Tonya M. Yarwood has been a fashion designer since 2017 and has been using safe labor practices and eco-friendly materials. Her looks ranged from long sleeve tops and flowy bottoms to printed jumpsuits to elegant, long dresses.

Alma Mia’s “Alice in Love” collection was a vibrant blend of colors, with models strutting down the runway in creative headpieces and colorful jumpsuits.

Anyse Fashion closed the show with stunning shiny dresses that told an emotional story through illusionary beading.
