Fashion Week MN is organized by a management team that includes Sarah Edwards, FWMN’s CEO and Co-Founder; Sade Young, Social Media and Content Manager; Annie Clark, Event Producer; and Charlie Crocker, Senior Brand Manager, all with extensive experience and expertise in their respective areas of focus. The Fashion Week MN Advisory Board includes Tracy Call, Founder and CEO of Media Bridge; Stephanie Dillon, Artist, Activist and Philanthropist; Susan Leppke, Senior Director Public Policy and Strategic Partnerships at AABB; Jahna Peloquin, FWMN Co-Founder; Nadege J Souvenir, COO of the St Paul & Minnesota Foundation; and Lauren Young, Sustainability & Marketing Expert.

How are fashion designers, brands and retailers selected? 

Our lineup of fashion designers, brands and retailers are selected each season through an open application process by our management team and advisory board. Designers are selected based on factors including past work examples, your brand’s social media, thoughtfulness of your application, diversity and inclusion. Look for applications a few months prior to each season online or through our social media channels. 

How is the Spring 2024 season different from years past? 

For over nine years, FWMN has thrived thanks to the passion of volunteers, the expertise of our production partners and the support of our community. Beginning with our Spring 2024 season, we've brought all event production in-house to ensure seamless experiences across our lineup. Fashion Week MN now assumes the role of Executive Producer for all our events in partnership with a Creative Event Producer to help curate each showcase, backed by a dedicated creative team and advisory committee. Ticket sales, sponsorships, budgets and payments will all be handled by Fashion Week MN, guaranteeing a consistent experience among attendees and for those participating in the shows, including equitable model payments.
